In the UK, Radiators will commonly have hot water flowing through them via an in and outlet at the bottom of each side, regulated by a Radiator Valve.
One of the two upper holes will be used to release any air, through an Air Vent if it enters your Central Heating System. The other side will be closed using a Blanking Plug on a Column Radiator and a Bush on a Cast Iron Radiator.
We supply high quality, low-cost versions for both types of radiator. These are available in Chrome and additionally in Brass for Cast Iron Radiators.
