Slight Delays in Production Updated April 2022
Due to the challenges of the Covid 19 pandemic, we are seeing occasional delivery delays.
However, at least 95% of our goods are delivered in the normal time, as specified on our website.
Please be aware that there is currently a UK wide issue relating to pallet deliveries, due to unprecedented demand.
Some customers may therefore experience a delay with their booked delivery date.
We will offer you a guide date but we are currently unable to 100% guarantee that exact delivery date, this issue is unfortunately beyond our control.
We do apologise in advance if you are affected.
Whilst it is certainly a struggle to maintain our very high level of service, we are confident and committed to continuing to meet the expectations of our customers.
We now have around 20% of our staff permanently working from home and all staff working in our offices and warehouse are working in a safe manner, in line with government guidance.
